Experience

Twenty years of programs, in order.

From banking systems to store hardware to the web layer above them. Roles I've owned as a technical program manager, with scope, scale, and the systems each one touched.

2018 – Present

Senior Technical Program Manager · TSS / ISG

Nordstrom Technology · Seattle, WA

Owned 11 enterprise programs across 305 Rack and 116 Full Line stores plus DCs: SIAB deprecation and DHCP consolidation, RFID inventory and hardware rollout, TSS/ISG PMO design, Asset Tracker application, ISS TIW portfolio dashboards, and NRHL omnichannel launches.

Managed $40M+ in device and platform portfolio spend across a rolling book of infrastructure programs, coordinating dependencies across store operations, network engineering (NSG/SNAAP), InfoSec, vendor partners (SML, Zebra, Locus), product, and finance.

Sole author of the TSS/ISG program management operating model: 20 playbook requirements across 5 strategic dimensions, phase gate model, and close-out standard adopted org-wide.

Senior Technical Program Manager · Store Technology & Supply Chain

Capital Markets Gateway (cmgx.io)

Delivered multi-site store-technology and supply-chain implementations for retail and industrial clients: asset tracking, RFID deployments, and the workflow re-engineering required for adoption after go-live.

Owned the intersection of hardware selection, network readiness, and the operating model the store or warehouse inherited at cutover. Delivered documentation still in use after transition.

Technical Program & Project Manager · Commercial Banking Systems

Financial Services · Southern California

Managed multi-year programs across treasury systems, core banking integrations, and regulatory reporting under strict audit exposure and fixed cutover windows.

Built the discipline that shows up in my current work: reconciled numbers before ship, operating-model sign-off from risk / compliance / operations before any production change, and no cutover without a rollback path.

Systems & Delivery Engineer → Project Manager

Consulting & Enterprise IT

Systems engineering, application delivery, and eventually project management. Ran deployment weekends, wrote the runbooks, and learned what an infrastructure team actually does day to day.

That grounding is why my programs today start from the operational reality. It's also why I still write the runbook.
