2023 – 2026 · Infrastructure · Network
Next Gen BOH — SIAB deprecation + centralized DHCP.
Led enterprise infrastructure modernization replacing legacy
VMware SIAB systems across 305 Rack and 116 Full Line stores
against a hard contract deadline, concurrent with 2025 new store
openings. Identified an unowned DHCP dependency between programs
and partnered with NSG to declare centralized DHCP as the fix.
Result
100% Rack DHCP migration complete. 14+ 2025 stores opened on
modern infrastructure. Zero store opening delays attributable to
the DHCP dependency; VMware renewal cost avoided.
2023 – 2026 · Hardware · RFID
RFID inventory & hardware rollout.
Coordinated enterprise RFID deployment across 305 Rack and 116
Full Line stores plus DCs: Clarity app rollout, hardware refresh
(777 next-gen sleds across 300+ stores), DC ticketing go-live, and
overhead reader POC. Owned vendor incident management with SML.
Result
70% inventory labor reduction vs. manual cycle counts. 80% of
active merchandise categories RFID-enabled by Q2 2024. First DC
RFID go-live August 2025.
2023 – 2024 · Governance · PMO
TSS / ISG PMO design & standup.
Sole author of the TSS / ISG program management operating model:
9-section playbook, 11 required + 5 conditional artifacts, phase
gate model with entry/exit criteria, G/Y/R status definitions,
and Confluence documentation standard applied across an active
enterprise portfolio.
Result
20 playbook requirements across 5 strategic dimensions. First two
quarters of governance run under the new model. Close-out standard
adopted org-wide across TSS / ISG.
2025 – 2026 · Asset tracking
Asset Tracker.
Designed and built an internal mobile application for hardware
check-in/out and RFID audit across 305 Rack stores, backed by a
SharePoint data model and a metrics dashboard covering device
utilization, loss trending, and audit coverage. Business case
targeted $5.2M annual savings and 85% device loss reduction
against a ~15% baseline. Ran a 7-month lifecycle through a
2-store POC.
Result
Recommended formal cancellation when POC evidence showed the
enforcement gap could not be closed at scale. Delivered a
14-section close-out with 58 documented user stories — same
numbers, same story — subsequently adopted as the org-wide ISG
close-out template.
2022 – 2023 · Portfolio reporting
ISS TIW portfolio dashboards.
Designed and delivered Power BI portfolio dashboards for ISS
Technology Infrastructure & Workforce leadership. Consolidated
Jira, ServiceNow, and finance inputs into one model with defined
health metrics, delivery KPIs, and a standard status convention
aligned to ISS governance.
Result
Consolidated portfolio visibility embedded into the standing
governance cadence. Data-driven portfolio management established
as a repeatable practice inside ISS.
2020 – 2021 · Omnichannel / Web
NRHL: ISS Swarm, BOPUS, and Hack the Rack.
Lead TPM for NordstromRack.com's three concurrent 2020 programs
under COVID-era emergency conditions: ISS Swarm (NRHL-to-JWN
integration), BOPUS for Rack, and Hack the Rack (emergency
inventory liquidation). Coordinated 15+ named stakeholders across
product, engineering, UX, finance, and store ops without direct
engineering authority.
Result
Hack the Rack: 62,625 orders / 21,208 units / 241 stores in 57
days (Mar–Jun 2020). NRHL iOS on Canvas Sept 23, 2020 — pre-Holiday
target met. ND BOPUS at Rack launched Mar 2021 across 10+ national
markets.
